About the service

AI Photo Combiner at aiphotocombiner.org combines reference images into a new AI-generated image. This policy explains the data used to provide that service. Contact: support@aiphotocombiner.org.

Data we process

• Account information: email, name and the basic profile shared by your chosen login provider.
• Image references and instructions: uploaded photos, prompts, merge mode, resolution and aspect ratio. Photos can contain personal data about people shown.
• Generation records: task status, credit cost and generated images needed to deliver and download results.
• Purchases: credit balance, order details and payment status. Payment processors handle card details; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical information: browser, device, IP address, usage and error records for security and operation. Analytics may be enabled on the site.

Image processing and service providers

When you generate, your reference images and instructions are sent to Kie.ai to run Nano Banana 2.1. Images and generation records are also handled by our hosting and storage providers for delivery. Payment and email providers receive the information needed to process purchases and account messages.

We do not publish your uploads in a public gallery, sell your photos or use them to train our own models. Our AI and infrastructure providers operate under their own privacy and retention policies. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud and abuse.

Browser storage and cookies

Session cookies support login; preference cookies remember choices such as language. Selected images and settings may be stored temporarily in your browser to restore your work after sign-in or checkout. Saved drafts expire after 24 hours for restoration purposes; clearing site data removes local copies. These local copies are separate from files already uploaded to a provider or our storage.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded references, generated images and task records may be retained to complete requests, allow downloads, investigate errors and prevent abuse. Do not rely on the service as permanent storage: download files you want to keep. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised for server or provider copies.

Account and transaction records may be kept for accounting, fraud prevention and legal requirements. You may request deletion of account data, uploaded files and results by contacting support. Backups, legally required records and provider-held copies may have separate retention periods.

Your choices

Email support@aiphotocombiner.org to request access, correction, export or deletion. We may need to verify ownership of the account. Rights depend on your location and may include contacting a data protection authority. Only upload images you have rights to and permission from the people shown.

Age and prohibited data

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. Do not upload photos of minors or other material prohibited by our Terms of Service.

Security and international processing

We use measures such as HTTPS and account-based access checks, but no system is risk-free. Providers may process information outside your country under their own contractual safeguards. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
