Refund Policy

Failed generations return credits

If image generation fails, times out or is rejected by a safety filter, the credits for that attempt are returned automatically to your balance once the task is marked failed. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. If the balance has not updated, email support with the task ID.

Completed AI results

AI-generated images may differ from your instructions or change faces, text and details. A completed image that does not match your expectations is not automatically eligible for a refund. Report a technical problem so we can investigate.

One-time credit packs

One-time packs do not renew automatically and their credits never expire. Current generation costs are shown before you generate and depend on resolution and image count.

Refunds for unused packs

Request a refund of a completely unused pack within 7 days of purchase. Partly used packs are not refundable except where required by law. Email support@aiphotocombiner.org from your account email with the order ID and reason. We verify the purchase and credit usage before confirming eligibility.

Approved cash refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; we will confirm the status after review.

Missing credits or duplicate charges

If a successful payment did not add credits or you were charged twice, contact support with the order reference. Do not send full card details. We will investigate and correct confirmed payment errors.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from Settings → Billing before renewal. Credits are granted after each successful payment: monthly credits for a monthly payment, or the full annual allocation upfront for an annual payment. Subscription credits expire at the end of that paid billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining credits retain their original expiry. Completely unused subscription periods qualify for a refund request within 7 days of payment; partly used periods are not refundable except where required by law.
