Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern AI Photo Combiner at aiphotocombiner.org. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using generation, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your credentials secure and take responsibility for activity on your account.

What the service does

The service uses Kie.ai’s Nano Banana 2.1 to generate a new image from 2–10 reference images and your instructions. Modes include bringing people together, adding a person, product scenes and custom merging. Available output settings include 1K, 2K and 4K.

AI results vary. Faces, text, products, colors and compositions may change. We do not guarantee exact likeness, accurate labels, factual accuracy, exclusive rights or suitability for a particular purpose. This is generative editing, not a pixel-preserving collage tool.

Your images and permissions

You retain your rights in the images you upload. You must have the rights needed to upload and process each image and permission from people shown. Everyone shown must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of celebrities, politicians or other public figures.

You authorize us and our service providers to process the references and instructions to fulfill your request, deliver results, support the service and address abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited use

Do not create non-consensual, sexual, hateful, violent, deceptive, harassing or unlawful content, content involving minors, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not impersonate people, misrepresent generated images as real evidence, bypass safety controls or attack the service. We may reject requests and restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Follow applicable platform rules for labeling AI content.

Credits and purchases

• The displayed total is based on resolution and reference count. Two images cost 10 credits at 1K, 15 at 2K or 23 at 4K. Each extra image adds 2 credits.
• Credits are sold through monthly or annual subscriptions and one-time packs. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable taxes may be shown at checkout.
• One-time pack credits do not expire; subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period. Credits are are not transferable and have no cash value except where a refund is available.
• Failed, timed-out or safety-rejected generations return their credits automatically. A completed result that differs from your expectations is not a technical failure.
• Completely unused packs may be refunded on request within 7 days. Partly used packs are not refundable except where law requires. See the Refund Policy.

Using generated images

You may download and use results only where you hold the necessary rights and permissions and applicable provider terms allow it. We grant no rights to third-party people, products, brands or copyrighted material in references or results. Review output before publishing or using it commercially; generated content may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Availability and responsibility

We may change models, features or availability. If the service is discontinued, unused purchased credits will be refunded. Download files you want to keep; this is not a permanent archive.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Account closure, complaints and changes

You can stop using the service and request account deletion by email. For copyright complaints, include the content, your contact information and the rights affected. We may update these terms and show the revised date here; continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

Subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled from Settings → Billing before renewal. Credits are granted after each successful payment: monthly credits for a monthly payment, or the full annual allocation upfront for an annual payment. Subscription credits expire at the end of that paid billing period and do not roll over. Cancellation stops future renewals; remaining credits retain their original expiry. Completely unused subscription periods qualify for a refund request within 7 days of payment; partly used periods are not refundable except where required by law.
